If you wish to make a suggestion for the site, please be as specific as possible. The more specific you are, the faster we are able to implement your changes.
Here are some examples of specific and vague suggestions:
“I am having trouble finding _______ area of the site. I expect it to be in _______.”
“I had trouble finding the _______ button on _______ page. Would it be better if placed at the top?”
“I frequently look at X, Y, and Z on my dashboard. Would it be possible to better prioritize that information on the page?”
“I didn’t like it. Please fix it.”
“I really love this feature. Thanks for adding.”
“Some of it is good, but there were a few problem areas.”
For new ideas, please include why it would be beneficial the Flow community, what problem it solves, and any examples you know of.
When reporting a bug, please be as specific and detailed as possible. Describe the steps leading up to and including the issue and provide the
name of the page that the bug occurred (include the URL if possible). The more detailed you are, the faster we will be able reproduce and
resolve your issue. Also, please include the date and time the error occurred (including your timezone) so we can check our logs for the error.
We hope to keep your experience on The Flow as smooth as possible so we greatly
appreciate when you report bugs when they occur.
